Prayer in Crl.A(MD)No.339 of 2021:- This Appeal is filed under Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2016, to call for the records relating to the order, dated 30.07.2021 made in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Special Court for Trial of SC/ST (POA) Act Cases, Virudhunagar District and Srivilliputhur, and set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail.

ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.Sasikumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7979 of 2021, in Crl.A.(MD)No.339 of 2021, dated 20.10.2021.

CRL MP(MD)No.11400 of 2021 petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court, from November - 2021 onwards and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has complied the order of this Court only for two months, ie. for two days alone. The condition is to appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of every month and the petitioner has appeared on 01.11.2021 and 01.12.2021. Hence, this Petition is dismissed at this stage.
