PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first Respondent in connection with the impugned promotion list in the category of Accounts Supervisor issued in Memo No.037006/139/G29/G292/2015-5 dated 24.06.2016 and quash the same as contrary to the Board Proceedings and consequently direct the first respondent to include the Petitioner's name by preparing fresh panel list for the post of Accounts Supervisor and thereby promote accordingly.
