This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to issue a Patta in favour of the petitioner for the suit properties in Survey Nos.222/2 and 223/3 (69 Cents western side and 11 Cents Eastern side pertaining to the Survey No.222/2 and 36 Cents Western side pertaining to Survey No.222/3) situated at Sirangadu Village, Athur Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.On 20.02.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 21.02.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (21.02.2023) , there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
