Vacate stay application filed by the respondent/Education Department in the year 2022 is listed for hearing today. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks time to proceed with a case.

Since the vacate stay application is pending from the year 2022 and also considering the case of the Department that the impugned order has been passed based on G.O.MS No.303, Finance(Pay Cell), Department, dated 13.10.2017, interim order already granted by this Court on 08.08.2022 is vacated.
