This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.48 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, Sivagangai District.

2. The defacto complainant Ganthi is present in person before this Court. He has been duly identified by Thiru.Justin Thiraviyam, HC 1582 attached to Saligramam Police Station, Sivagangai District. The defacto complainant categorically states before this Court that he has no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings.
