ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ Accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that a complaint has been given against the petitioner as if the petitioner has stolen the cheques by putting the signature of the 1/3

defacto complainant and withdrawn the amount. Hence the case came to be registered.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent, he has been falsely implicated in this case and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation is pending in this case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent for enquiry and the complaint should be enquired and completed within a period of 15 days. During the investigation, if any trouble arises, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
