The instant Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Sub Court, III Madurai to dispose of the case in O.S.No.No.1295 of 2023 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents 3 to 8 shall stand dispensed with. 3.Considering the fact that the pleadings have been completed and the matter has been repeatedly adjourned for framing of the issue, there shall be a direction to the learned Sub Judge III, Madurai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.1295 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible but not later than eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
