O R D E R

The petitioner's son died in suspicious circumstances, for which, a case has been registered in Crime No.51 of 2025, under Section 1/4

194 of BNSS, 2023 by the respondent police.

2.The petitioner with a grievance that the respondent police has not conducted the investigation in a proper manner, has filed this petition, seeking transfer of investigation in the above crime number from the file of the Kalayarkovil Police Station to some other investigation agency.

3.Mr.A.S.Abul Kalaam Azad, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), who takes notice for the respondents submits that this petitioner's son fell down from a motorcycle and died. They have conducted the investigation and concluded the same on 10.07.2025 and they have also filed the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Sivagangai.

4.Since it is reported that the final report has already been filed by the investigation agency before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.I, Sivagangai, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent police is directed to furnish a copy of the final report to this petitioner, enabling her to work out her remedy in the manner known to 2/4

law. In the event, if the petitioner is having any materials, she can also file an objection petition, before the concerned Magistrate Court, seeking further investigation.
