ORDER

This writ petition is disposed of after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to expedite the enquiry in the petitioner's appeal dated 01.07.2025.

3. Learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that the first respondent will dispose of the petitioner's appeal against the order rejecting the request for legal heir certificate vide Application No.TN-720250624175 dated 01.07.2025 within a period of six weeks.

4. Recording the same this writ petition stands disposed by directing the first respondent to dispose of the aforesaid application within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that the petitioner and also the persons who are likely to impact by the said order shall be heard before the final orders are passed by the first respondent.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
