Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 2.The petitioner wants the respondent police to provide him protection.

3.According to the petitioner, he had borrowed money from the fourth respondent. He would claim that the entire loan was cleared. But then, the fourth respondent is not returning the pronote and that he is also threatening the petitioner with dire consequences.
