This petition has been listed today under the caption ''Extension of Time for Lower Court'' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.65 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam, Theni District.

2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam, has sent a letter in D.No.1019 of 2025 dated 11.11.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of S.C.No.65 of 2022 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 24.01.2025.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in S.C.No.65 of 2022 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
