O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of FIR in Crime No.27 of 2023 dated 28.01.2023 registered against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 283 and 341 IPC.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that the investigation is already completed and the charge sheet is filed in S.T.C.No.488 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet, if they are so advised. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
