2.This writ petition is pending from the year 2017. The relief sought for in this writ petition is to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2017 to restore the registration of the trade mark of this petitioner "RAJA SUPARI" within a stipulated time frame. 3.Considering the nature of relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2017 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
