ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2018 seeking mutation of revenue records and issue joint patta in the name of the legal heirs of the Late Chelladurai.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that if the representation of the petitioner is pending for consideration, the same would be disposed of within a period of twelve weeks.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
