ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that his date of birth has been wrongly mentioned in his educational certificates, has made a representation dated 08.04.2017 to the respondents and alleging that the said representation did not evoke any response, he has filed this instant writ petition for a mandamus directing the respondents to correct the date of birth. 2/4

2.This Court is of the view that the relief, as sought for by the petitioner, cannot be granted in this writ petition. The petitioner has to work out his remedy by letting-in evidence before the appropriate civil Court. With the liberty as aforesaid, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
