ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents to refund the EMD amount of Rs.1,90,380/-, which has been deposited pursuant to the tender notification, as he was declared as unsuccessful bidder.

2. When this writ petition was taken up for hearing on 07.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner, and therefore, this writ petition was directed to be listed today under the 2/5

caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the EMD amount has already been returned to the petitioner on 11.05.2017.

4. Recording the submission made by the the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
