The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 9 days in preferring the appeal, challenging the award, dated 22.10.2024 made in M.C.O.P.No.

196 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Additional District Judge FTC ) Theni.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the fourth respondent and also perused the records.

3.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the regular course.
