This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 1320 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 1320 of 2017 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC No. 191 of 2019.
3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
