This contempt petition is filed that order of this Court in W.P (MD) No.2229 of 2021, dated 05.02.2020 has not been complied with.
2. Today(07.01.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
CONT.P.(MD)No.1905 of 2021 order of this Court has been complied with by the respondents, which is disputed by the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/Transport Corporation submits that the order of this Court is that to disburse the amount, which is eligible to the petitioner. As per the direction of this Court, the payment was calculated as per the rule and the same was paid to the petitioner.
4. If the petitioner is having any grievances, it is always open to the petitioner to agitate the same in the manner known to law.
