When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner is no more and she died on 23.07.2019. They have also produced the copy of death certificate of the petitioner and the same is recorded. In view of the death of said Panchavarnam, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
