Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the orders of the first respondent by cancelling the transfer order in his proceedings in e/f/vz;.448/2016/rcjp.1 dated 05.04.2017 and the consequential order issued by the second respondent in e/f/vz.00774/2017/m4, dated 10.04.2017 and quash the same as devoid of merits and non application of mind and consequently direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to continue in the same post at Ra.vi.La.Na.A. Government Higher Secondary School, Chittarevu, Attur Panchayat Union, Dindigul District.
