This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration, to declare that Clause No 1 Sub Clause W (b) page 5 of 47 as null and void and to set aside the order of rejection in the impugned proceedings in TNJ; LPG; GV (VEMBATTUR) dated 03.08.2018 of the respondent and direct the respondent to award of LPG distributorship at Vembathur location of Sivagangai District in pursuance of application No.BPC03308016121092017. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
