PRAYER :- To grant special leave to the petitioner to file the above Contempt Petition against the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5339 of 2023, dated 23.03.2023. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to grant special leave to the petitioner to file the 1/3

above Contempt Petition against the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5339 of 2023, dated 23.03.2023.

2. Even though there is delay on the part of the respondent in complying the above said direction, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on 20.09.2023, the parties appeared before the respondent Police and finding that it is civil dispute between the parties, over which, a suit in O.S.Nos.132 of 2021 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Aranthangi and suits in O.S.Nos.42 of 2023 and 44 of 2023 are pending on the file of Sub Court, Aranthangi, apart from that another matter is also pending before the RDO, Aranthangi, on the basis of the above said, enquiry was closed by advising the parties to workout their remedy in the pending civil suits itself. On that ground, now the matter has become infructuous.

3. Let copy of the above said closure report be served upon the petitioner and if aggrieved, the petitioner can workout his remedy in accordance with law.
