The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. This is because, on 11.10.2019, compensation to the tune of Rs.90,800/- had been paid by the respondent to the petitioner. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
