ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to quash the FIR in Crime No.334 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the second respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report and the case was taken on file in S.C.No.67 of 2024 and is pending on the file of the Additional District Court No.II for PCR Act Cases, Tirunelveli.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The petitioners are at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, if 2/4
