This Criminal Original Petition is filed by the petitioners to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report [FIR] in Crime No. 504 of 2021 of Devakottai Town Police Station, Sivagangai District and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation in the instant case is completed and a charge sheet is also filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Devakottai, in C.C.No.446 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
