ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3, to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2019, for removal of electricity service connection granted to the fourth respondent.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent by producing fabricated documents, obtained the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.22571 of 2019 electricity service connection, aggrieved by which, the petitioner submitted a representation on 03.10.2019. But, the authorities have not passed any orders till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.10.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further, it is open to the petitioner as well as the fourth respondent to produce necessary documents before the authorities concerned, in support of their claims.
