PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against the fourth respondent for the illegal collection of entry fee that is over and above the amount collected upto 31.03.2017 by the third respondent by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.04.2017.
