2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that he is not pressing the relief of challenging the notification and prayed for a direction to the respondent to permit the petitioners to participate in the selection process, subject to the condition of producing equivalent certificate at the time of certificate verification.
3.In view of the same, the petitioners are directed to produce equivalent certificate before the respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such certificate, the respondent is directed to permit the petitioners to participate in the selection process. 4.With the above direction, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
