PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.75 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused herein, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.08.2023, for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 IPC r/w. 27(1) of Arms Act, 1959, in Crime No.75 of 2023, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.05.2023, there was quarrel between 1/3

the defacto complainant and the first and second accused regarding money lending, due to which, the accused attacked the defacto complainant and thrown petrol bomb and fired with a pistol against her. Hence, the complaint.

3. This petition has been filed on the ground that the co-accused namely 1st and 2nd accused have been granted regular bail within 10 days from the date of arrest. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and is no way connected with the alleged offences.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that only this petitioner arranged the unlicensed gun to be purchased from Uttar Pradesh. Hence, he made strong objection to release the petitioner on bail.

5. Considering the grievous nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. If he is released on bail, he may abscond and hampering the investigation process.
