ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 05.10.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.16861 of 2023.

2. In compliance with the order of this Court, the first respondent in the writ petition has passed final orders in the departmental proceedings with a direction to deduct a sum of Rs.3,000/- from the pension of the writ petitioner for a period of four years.
