: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the fourth respondent communicating the rejection of medical reimbursement in Na.Ka.No.4347/2017/N1 dated 21.09.2017 quash the same insofar as petitioner concurs and further direct the respondents to pay medical reimbursement for the medical expenses incurred by the petitioner for the "Left ankle naturopathic Joint with chronic Osteomyelitis" within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
