This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Certiorari, to quash the impugned Notice Ref.No.Na.Ka.A1/753/2015, dated 27.06.2016, issued by the 1st respondent/Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Dindigul.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Petitioner management has arrived settlement, dated 11.10.2017. Therefore, there is no issue for adjudication in this matter. The submission is recorded.
