ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 267 of 2018 on the file of the 1st respondent police as arbitrary and illegal.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that the respondent police has enquired and the same was closed as 'Further Action Dropped'.

3. In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner is infructuous. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
