(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) The petitioner herein/appellant is a third party to the order passed in WP(MD) No.19535/2019. Simultaneously he has also filed a review petition before the writ Court in Rev.Aplw.(MD) No.SR69155/2024. 2.When a review has already been preferred, there cannot be any parallel adjudication of the same cause of action before two Courts. Hence, in our view, appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to pursue the review petition. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. Consequently the writ appeal is rejected at the stage of SR itself. No costs.
