PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2016 for restraining the respondents to bring his personal property for sale under the Revenue Recovery Act, for the loan amount borrowed in the name of the Association by creating equitable mortgage in respect of the society property bearing S.No.111/2B and Door No.5/101, Sevakulam Village, Sankaran kovil, under the equitable mortgage. 1/4

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.06.2016 and restraining the respondents to bring the petitioner's personal property for sale under the Revenue Recovery Act, for the loan amount borrowed in the name of the Association. 2.On 13.02.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed on 15.02.2023, under the caption "for dismissal". Even today (15.02.2023), when the matter is called in the morning, afternoon and evening, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
