ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the second respondent under which the fourth respondent was appointed as the Secretary of Senthamil Arts and Senthamil Oriental College, Madurai.

2. As per the impugned order, the tenure of appointment is from 19.12.2014 onwards. Since the period has expired way back in the 2/4

year 2017, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.

3. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 05.07.2022 Index :
