ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the Additional District Court, Padmanabhapuram to dispose of A.S.No.144 of 2023 within a stipulated time as directed by this Court.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners, who are the respondents in AS No.144/2023 and the respondents/appellants filed the appeal suit against the judgment and decree dated 29.09.2023 in OS No.112/2021. Since the said appeal is pending from the year 2023, the petitioners are before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of AS No.144/2023 as expeditiously as possible, 2/4

preferably, within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
