Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in O.Mu.No.1912/2017/A1 dated 16.03.2017 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to issue a fresh legal heir certificate by incorporating the petitioners name as the 'Widow' of the petitioners late husband P.Muniyappan within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
