PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1835/B3/2016 dated 2604.2016 and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent forbearing the present school committee members of Ramasamy Pillai Higher Secondary School from the functioning as school committee members.

Moreover pending this writ petition, the petitioner has passed away. 2/4
