ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorarified Mandamus, seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the second respondent dated 01.04.2017 in Memo No.026362/278/G34/G341/2017 and consequential order of the third respondent in Memo No. 2/5

05430/231/ADM1/Assistant-2/File Order / 2017, dated 07.04.2017 and consequently, to direct third respondent to transfer the petitioner as Store Supervisor at Central Store, Virudhunagar, Virudhunagar Electricity Distribution Circle.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after filing of this petition, the petitioner was transferred to Virudhunagar District, in the subsequent vacancy arose at Virudhunagar and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
