Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Judge, Family Court, Srivilliputhur, is directed to dispose of Cr.M.P.No.118 of 2018 in M.C.No.24 of 2011, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
