ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for the issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the third respondent to issue a patta in favour of the petitioner and his siblings based on the order of the second respondent dated 30.11.2015 and communication of the first respondent dated 28.03.2016 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending the Writ Petition, the relief has been granted by the concerned authority and therefore, the Writ Petition itself has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 2/4

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed as no further order is required. No costs.
