ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the communication of the 3rd respondent dated 20.07.2015 in Na.Ka.No.11919/2015 AA4 to cancel the patta standing in the name of the 4th respondent and restore the name of the petitioner with respect to the property to an extent of 30 cents - 32 ft x 400 ft = 12800 sq. ft. in old Survey No.142-A1 New Survey No.383/4 situated at Nedu Street, Regunathapuram Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.06.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "For Dismissal". Even 2/4

today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2016, enquiry has been initiated and notice has also been issued for the enquiry to be conducted on 16.06.2023.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader that enquiry has been contemplated, pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Revenue Divisional Officer to conclude the enquiry as contemplated in Na.Ka.No.3463/2023-A3, dated 30.05.2023, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the 4th respondent. No costs.
