This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent Nos.3 to 6 not to conduct any enquiry pertaining to the property situated at Trichy District, Thottiyam Taluk, Murungai Kalathur Village in Ayan Punjai SF.No. 114/5, measuring acre 0.27 1/2cents, as per new UDR scheme S.F.No.114/5B, Patta No.1200 till the suit in OS.No.86 of 2007 on the file of the District Munsif, Musiri is disposed of.

2.Admittedly the suit in OS.No.86 of 2007 is pending between the parties in respect of the subject property. Therefore this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the pending suit.

No costs.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
