ORDER
The petitioner has sought reconveyance of the land in Revenue Survey No.11/22. Re-Survey No.13/11 of Parasuramanpatti Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.
2. On the last occasion, it was informed by the learned Government Advocate that the acquisition was to put up a Industrial Training Institute and by an order, dated 18.09.2024, this Court had directed them to get instructions as to whether the building has been put up.
3. Today, when the matter had come up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate had produced photographs and would submit that Assistant Commissioner Office - 1 (East), Madurai Corporation is being
put up in the said premises and the revenue records have also been mutated.
