ORDER

The petitioner has filed a petition before the second respondent on 25.06.2024 for rectifying the error in the Village records and this petition is pending. The petitioner wants the same to be disposed of at the earliest. However, the prayer has been wrongly couched in the writ petition seeking a Certiorarified Mandamus when no order has been passed. Therefore, this writ petition stands dismissed and liberty is given to the petitioner to file another writ petition seeking the proper relief.
