The second respondent has filed a status report indicating that the third respondent under the pretext of love, had abducted the daughter of the petitioner and murdered her and disposed the body secretly. The investigation has further lead to recovery of the body of the petitioner's daughter and the third respondent arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

2. In view of the above fact, nothing survives in the habeas corpus petition hence, this petition is dismissed.
