Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2. 2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondent police to grant protection for carrying out the petition mentioned survey. The petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or order from the jurisdictional civil Court. Hence, the question of invoking Section 482 of CrPC does not arise.

3.Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
