By order, dated 20.09.2024, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.The Court below had already sought for extension of time and this Court had already granted an extension of six months. Now, the Court below has submitted a letter, in D.No. 1331, dated 16.10.2025, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further three months time to comply with the order, dated 20.09.2024. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3.Considering the request made by the Learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thoothukudi, time is extended further for a period of three months.
